For the people who disliked Sims 4 at first and now like it...what changed your mind?

I mainly bought the game because of curiosity and having to try it for myself.
I like it because of the new sims and build mode, but there is a lot that I don't like, and I won't get into that.

I am sticking with it because of patch additions, the EPs, and the game packs. I still need toddlers and pre-teens. My cut off point is the third EP, if we don't have them by then. I am currently enjoying what Spa Day adds, and although I feel the retail portion of Get To Work is weak, I am having fun with my sim run a clothing boutique.

I don't love it, but I kind of like it.
