Everyone, I got "photo turned to black" by putting the photos into the event's reward, "Modern Photo Frame".
Weirdly, I retry again (putting photos in the frame, saving, and reloading the save), but this time the photo is still not black. So it's random. However, I want to warn that this bug still exists. It's better to back up frequently or save the photos to the gallery.
By the way, photos that are kept in inventory and photos placed individually on the wall or table are safe. I checked the photos in the other household, and it's still fine.

Right, I read somewhere that said if you have some important photos, better to upload to the library.
(I forgot that the gallery is for online, I usually upload only to the library for personal backup.)
