And a resounding NO from me on any RABBIT HOLE Fairy Homes! Nonononono. I was very, very disappointed with that aspect (and with the whole "shrinking down to tiny sparkling dots, like some Navi fairy, thing", too) when I played with the fairies in Sims 3. I want full-grown fairies and open fairy lots.
