I like the old school university for my Historical, Retro, Spellcasters & Vampires sims to go.
Also, I like the modern university for my Futuristic, Advance, Aliens & Robotic sims to go.
It's cool that they made the two contrast universities.
I'm so happy that they brought back the keg from Sims 3.
