I just learned about this the other day when I was playing my legacy family. I realized I had not seen any of my sims fart, and then all of a sudden back to back I saw two of the males in the house fart, and I realized it was because they had just eaten Franks + Beans.
Ironically, the one pictured seemed more startled than amused and quickly tried to fan the smell away.
