Freetime: EP, GP or SP?
Do you remember TS2 Freetime? And some of the premium items from TS3 Store? Sewing, pottery, glassblowing, car restoration... missed things in 8 years! Even TS Freeplay have some of those hobbies! ...

No way would Freetime work as a game pack or stuff pack it added a Genie in Sims 4 a supernatural alone requires an entire pack or it comes with nothing to do like Mermaids. I doubt a Sims 4 expansion could add that much content
But FreeTime came with a world Desiderata Valley not that I ever played Maxis created worlds as I always made my own but it was there. Crazy how much worlds were a afterthought in Sims 2 since you were never limited and starved for lots like we are now 5 lot worlds...
For Sims 4 Freetime would have to be a expansion it just added so much content and it was all done so well the basketball hoop actually had the ability to play horse while Sims 4 basketball hoop gave us robots taking turns its crazy to me that some think it did not add a lot maybe not as big as other Sims 2 expansions but a lot was added and what was done right.

That's true it didn't add a new neighborhood and it extended existing features instead of adding a new gameplay.
Today it would match better to a Game Pack.
