"Fun" with magic (mishaps thread)
I started a new save and was playing Don Lothario as a spellcaster. He got to the point where he learned the potion recipe Transendent Charmer. As you probably know by now, your Sim gets a free sample of every potion they learn. So, down that specific potion went. It was Don after all. On a whim, I decided to test it on Morgyn Ember. That went very well. Just like that the pink bar went from zero to full. I got overconfident and had Don try and propose right then and there, which Morgyn oddly enough declined. Poor Don was in tears (...or was it me?).
Anyway, I thought we should make it up to Morgyn that we had obviously tried to rush things before he was ready. So, as a gift I had Don give him a Potion of Immortality. I mean.. that can be considered a nice gift, right? Except it killed Morgyn instantly and turned him into a ghost. So much for trying to make amends :s
On a sidenote, they kept flirting as if nothing had happened. The Sims 4 for you!
What are some memorable and perhaps major magic "oopsies" that you've experienced?
