Received a partial refund but EA removed ALL packs from the order - HELP!

UPDATE:  EA removed the sanction from my account but did not put the paid games back, so I was forced to do another chargeback.  I'll think twice before I purchase another EA product in the future.

I requested a refund for For Rent from EA support.  The agent instructed me to do a chargeback to get the refund (see below).   I submitted the refund request via PayPal.  EA never responded to PayPal, so they did a chargeback.  EA retaliated by removing not only For Rent, but Luxury Party Stuff and Cottage Living, which were also part of the same order.  However, I only requested and received a refund for For Rent.  They also sanctioned my account, whatever that means.  I submitted transcripts, receipts, and proof that I did NOT receive a refund for all three packs (see attachments here).  They refuse to reinstate the two packs for which I am paid in full.  If I do another chargeback via PayPal, I assume my account will be banned.  This is so incredibly wrong to remove packs for which I paid.  They are not an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau, so I cannot file with them.  Short of hiring an attorney, how can I get these packs back or the money that I paid for them?  I have done nothing but follow instructions and provide every piece of supporting documentation possible.  I just want what I paid for.

Has this happened to anyone else?  What are my options here?

Manolo: thank you for waiting, unfortunately we will not be able to process a refund for the expansion pack  as the account is not eligible for  a refund . what we can only suggest for the mater is to  request a refund to the payment method you use when you purchased the expansion pack, and  process a chargeback. 
Manolo: most likely it will be approve as  its would be a request from a financial institution , as much as we would love to lessen the work here , we cant process a refund since the purchase was made 15 days ago hence the account is not eligible for a refund anymore.

    This has nothing to do with what OP is asking. Hopefully OP has figured out what they were trying to do. If not, chat live with an EA person.

    monjr8302You are correct.  I was just answering your question above.  I've chatted with an EA representative 3 separate times on this matter and submitted 5 tickets.  No one understands the issue or takes the time to review the attachments, I don't know which.  But this is outright theft and at this point, I'm going to have to file for a complete refund and close my account since they'll set it to banned anyway.  But I'm not letting this company keep my money without providing the product for which I paid.

    Ah ok.  I didn't understand why you wanted only one game refunded. Now I understand that you did not get the For Rent Pack added. My only advice is to keep contacting them. I know lots of people have so many issues with EA that can be extremely upsetting. Hopefully you can get somewhere.
