Here's what the repo guy looked like. He had animations and I'm not aware of any modders that add animations like this...like professional quality, so who knows. I've never seen a repo person in the game before, though. But my household was seriously delinquent because they apparently couldn't reach the mailbox. The water was already turned off.

repoman was added in a patch with the firemen I believe. So yeah it isn't a mod.

I didn't realize there was a fireman in the game either. lol...I've been out of the simming loop for too long it seems.
