But seriously, I do occasionally find myself having to abandon an interior design idea because it's just not working in the apartment I chose. But I always bulldoze everything and put up my own walls. The one you chose is a bit tricky when you bulldoze it, because parts of the upstairs floor disappears and you have to spend extra time fixing that. Other than that, I have done some very interesting builds there.

I buldozed it actually last time, because I used it as a starter and with with virtually any interior you can't afford it.
Now when I actually really looked at it furnished, it looks great, so I am just trying minor changes.
