Gallery Profile Picture

Shouldn't your Origin pic be the same as the Gallery one? Mine is linked somehow.

Hello @SararahSundae . Have you tried changing your picture for Origin, then the picture may show up on the gallery too? Perhaps try doing that.In your account details section , click on edit my avatar. Change your avatar, then log out of origin. Then log in again and your picture may show up on the gallery too.

I'm having this, too. I have a photo in origin but for some reason it's not carrying over to the gallery. I signed in/out of both. No clue why it won't carry over as I see everyone else had a photo in the gallery.

EDIT: When I look on the computer the gallery still shows the blank green icon for me. If I open it in game, the gallery does show my origin icon. I do not have the app to check and see how the icon looks in the app, if it registers my origin one or not. Are you viewing gallery on computer or in game?

Hi, I was wondering if this has been resolved somehow?

I have an ORIGIN avatar, but this picture does NOT show up on the sims 4 gallery. There is no way for me to add a picture there. Have any of you figured out how to add it? I know they are linked because whenever I save something on the gallery it shows up in my game.

I'm having the same issue. My avatar is updated on Origin, but not on the Gallery.

It's hooked up with origin so change it in origin :)

Still no joy :(

I've changed my pic on Origin but in the gallery it hasn't changed.
