Game freezing or/and crashing

Mines has been crashing since last in April. They are not going to fix it.

Crashing on console is still an issue for some players. Which console do you play on, and what packs did you install?

Some people have said a simple reinstallation of the game has fixed this for them, but, not for all.

My game still freezes were my sims cant move and the world around them still lives on.....Happening all the times...ugh since I bought cottage living.

Sorry yous both been experiencing this, Is your game and console up to date ?, have you tried using the rebuild database option it's deletes any corruption ?

I went and restored my licenses and that seems to have helped. Still crashes from time to time. But not nearly as often.

Sims 4 on PS4 would just crash mid game and it was super annoying and deterred me from playing after I spent so much on all the packs and expansions. I tried to curb losing data by auto saving or just saving mid game play.

With the concert update every time I use my phone to travel my game freezes. The only way for me to travel it has to be in the same world, or wait for a townie to invite me somewhere.

I have had a few issues with crashes and in game lag. Sometimes my sill get stuck e.g. I click on go here or watch TV but my sim will just stand there and do nothing I have to come out of the game and go back in for it too work. Seems to have started happening after the latest update.

Forgot to mention I am on PS4

Since the last update my games also freezing or crashing on Ps4. Old saves and a new one started after the newest patch.
