Game Rolled Back?
For some very strange reason, my game has rolled back on its own. I patched yesterday and continued to play my game. My four remaining teens in university all completed their last day of the term, graduated (I have the pictures) and I had them all move out of the dorm. I placed Kayleigh back with her parents, Aaron and Joey back with their parents, and for a moment Erik to his own place. I was all set to pick up where I had left off, only to find the four in the dorm. It is Sunday and Erik hadn't won his Best Song, yet. I could tell by the way he was dressed.
Also, I noticed his unfinished presentation board was still there in the dorm foyer. I checked Erik's inventory and there is no degree or graduation picture. When I looked at the game to load, this one was the one at the top. Face/palm. It is one thing for me to choose to rollback, it's quite another for the game to do so. I have a partial update written, wherein I need pictures to complete it. I really don't have the stamina right now to replay that which was already played.
Whom do I call to complain?
I am sorry that you have had this issue. I am not sure why it happened. Do you perhaps have another save file version that is later than the one that loaded when you first loaded the game now? You could “roll back” to that one, which may be later than the one which loaded now.
