Game update
My game did not get the update. Why would that be and what do I need to do to get the update?

As soon as you start the game it should update. You could try logging out and shutting down the EA app and restarting it. As soon as you select Sims 4 it should begin to download, provided you have automatic downloads on.
All I know is the new patch update screwed up a lot of our games and they are looking into trying to fix it. I can't tell you if they've stopped the update in the meantime or if there's a problem with downloading it for you. I couldn't exit my game and character values in the teen Simology panel is broken. I already me too on the bug report. It's a major issue, so you might want to hold off is all I'm trying to say.
mines too. it has destroyed my game. i cant even play and tomorrow the pack comes out. completely disgusted with ea!
