If you're still missing a bunch of expansions and the like, then it does sound like you might be logged in on the wrong account after all. Have you already tried reaching out to our live support team? They can take a look at your missing content/account.

I'd reach out to them anyways. We can't look into accounts here on the forums, but they can see if any of your content was ever on this account, and if it is, they can see what happened to it.
