Build a shop that sells potions. That is what I did and sold other weird things like skulls etc. :D Note, at the time I was playing that, keeping the herbs at his shop in a chest would sometimes glitch and they would be back in inventory etc. Not sure if it ever worked itself out. Stuff in Sims' inventory causes a lot of lag in this game. Note if you put the potions on shelves at home they may disappear, not sure why that happened but I was able to build a successful shop to sell the weird things in game. ' House of Needful Things' was my inspiration for that. :D
