So, I finally got this pack yesterday, and because I will not focus a lot on Acting, but more explore how this pack will affect my sims who work with other than film, I thought I'd gather it all in on...

Next out are my 5 Councilors. Together they form the regional Council, so I figure it's logical that most sims know them and will recognize them. So, I decided to give them 2 fame stars. I started with Bud von Kaching, and sent him to the speech podium of Uptown, San Myshuno.

But this was way harder than I expected. It says that "Give speech..." adds to fame, but I see no effect whatsoever. It's very hard to make sims stop to listen, maybe that's why? His charisma skills are level 6, and his career level - oups! He is at career level 6, but he is in Business and not Politics. Shouldn't the speech podium add to fame regardless of career? It's all about exposing yourself to the masses, right?
Q: How can Politics (uhm, business people) gain fame, if not from speeches?
