Currently I play the actor career with my favorite sim, but I haven't noticed this bug again. I had it it before the patch. It works fine for me, but In due of mod, I lately delete the localthumbcache.package and avatarchache.package quite often, also I have a Mod to block the quirks. But I will keep an eye of it, it's maybe just a question of time when the bug will appears in my game too.
