Get Famous checkbox in settings becoming unchecked

Hello, I'm sorry, but the thread you have linked is a thread in the technical section, which is just for individual issues with specific player's computers for instance.

The bug section is where to go for bug reports, that needs to come to the knowledge of the Quality Analysis group / 'SimGurus', for the issues, affecting many players through gameplay, to be fixed.

I know the forum is not clear enough for the player base.

@Auroraskies Thank you for posting the correct link and thank you for looking for a mod I haven't been able to find one either.

You're welcome. I'm just speculating, but considering that it is a toggle for a contested feature, and the amount of Me Too's on it, it might be prioritized.

Perhaps 'stepping out of the spotlight' when a sim gets fame in live gameplay could be a workaround till then.
Maybe the thread contains other workarounds, I have not read it all.
