Get Famous: Happy/Unhappy w/Number of Lots?

Now this is one reason I miss the ability to make your own neighborhood like in the sims 2. You move lots, add lots and basically make the entire neighborhood how you wanted. Instead here we are limited to the number of lots they give us. I really wanted to scream when forgotten Hollow was released with vampires. They made it as tiny as possible.... I really...REALLY love building neighborhood stories in forgotten Hollow and I can't really place all the ones I make due to room. It doesn't look right have a super scary looking vampire walking around in the heart of Willow Creek where it's all green and cheerful looking.
