Get Famous: Happy/Unhappy w/Number of Lots?

It's such a shame. I understood why seasons didn't have a new world at all, but if an expansion is going to have one it should be a more notable addition. Iron seagull mentioned in his world overview that counting the hidden lots Selvadorada (a game pack) was on par with this. It feels like a waste of such nice residential neighbourhoods, you can't tell me they couldn't have had 5 lots in the cheaper one and maybe 4 in the hills. The world would have been what sold the pack for me, but o feel let down.
