Get Famous: Happy/Unhappy w/Number of Lots?

The performance excuse makes little sense. A few extra lots isn’t going to have any significant impact over the game, only one area is ever rendered at any given time. So not sure why thats an issue. The part about Sims makes even less sense. What is a handful of new sims? There is already a boat load of homeless, unplayed townies that RARELY spawn in the universe. Many exist entirely in the manage households screen and never interact with your played households. A few new premades would capsize the game while the abundance of useless auto-generated ones just piles up as high as you allow it?
