Yes.
Well whenever I travel in game the "turn-off fame" walk resets on my sim so for me it's not fixed :,( She also react in disgust every time she is in the same room as her husband.
I also noticed that my celeb sims start walking like a celebrity at level 3 but according to the in game text it doesn't get mentioned as a thing until you reach level 4 which is when you actually can turn it off. So I have a couple of level 3 celebs that have the fame walk that I can't turn off at all. (Even though it comes back on my higher level celebs)
