It's funny though, my one star celeb sim took his friends along to the ceremony (he didn't win anything, he just wanted to check it out) and you can ask the bouncer to let the group in. But he was the only one allowed in, his friends weren't cool enough :joy: I found that quite a nice little touch.

LOL that is so funny, he might need some cooler friends :D I will change the door as she levels up, but I was not going to miss out on seeing if she won the award ;)

Yeah he doesn't really have any famous friends and he's sorta living from gig to gig right now. He did reach gold once, I guess that is something, but I was just notified his fame was fading away after spending a few days chilling with his dog and burning through most of his meagre earnings xD So he's at the San Myshuno library learning how to play the guitar to hopefully pass the Making Moosic audition.

ETA: which, again, makes me want to credit whoever made this library. I think it's one of the most awesome builds I have ever downloaded that actually just works, despite the use of some move.objects cheats. I did change it a little, but it's just so cool and so full of nice ways to build skills. Also have my hacker club, AnonyMouse, meet there so they're always hanging out there, doing some hacking shenanigans :D

I absolutely LOVE they did that!

ETA: Can you imagine a downtown area now? Shops? Restaurants? All seamless? A couple of alleyways in between? It takes a bit of back and forth to line it all up, but I love it. It's going to do so much for the build community and the worlds our sims live in!

My SIM had an invite to the awards but when he got their it had finished, but on a good note Geoffrey met the celebs outside. He bribed his way in to the building, had a drink and looked around. His dreams of having a child actor will come true. He just had to encourage them to live out their Aspirations.
