Get Famous questions - How do I donate my things?

I've got the perk that lets me donate to my fans, but it's odd that I can only donate a small handful of things, like appliances and such. I painted a masterpiece, wanted to donate it, wouldn't let me. But I could donate my coffee maker.

Anyone know the qualities/reasons for what I can/cannot donate?

Also, is the only way to get fame points leveling up fame, so the max fame points is 10? That really limits the tree options, I'd think.

    Weird that you can't donate paintings.

    As far as my understanding you can't donate decoration items. My sim donated her toilet though, so there's that. Sad thing is I'm sure there are people out there who would LOVE their favorite celebrities toilet.

    Also, there are a max of 11 fame points. You get a bonus one for completing the celebrity aspiration.

    But yes, sadly, that does mean there are a finite amount of perks you can choose, but you can change them at any time on the phone, unlike vampires who have to gather ingredients and make a potion.

    Still, hopefully mods or cheats will fix this issue.
