(GET TO WORK) Sim keeps dropping medical samples

I have a Sim, and he drops like 3-4 samples each time, and it's really getting on my nerves. How do I prevent this? I heard that washing hands could help, otherwise random. If it's random with no fact...

I THINK I found out. I looked in the game files, and there was a motive called "HygieneHands" and "ExamBed Dirtiness" Maybe washing hands would help, and clean beds.. and it's because it's loot from the file that makes a Sim collect a swab
