Robotics Retreat

I hosted a robotics retreat at my Sim's house. It was based off the gym retreat schedule. There was a servo who was the host. Two servos were the trainers. I also had 3 human guests. The host and one human guest were my Sims. Here are the problems. All members were part of a club because I wanted to use the door-locking system to keep them out of certain rooms. Now, here are the problems I ran into:

1. Can't select a role as Servo only.
2. I wanted the Sims to listen to a lecture in the morning (Businesses & Hobbies) but there wasn't an option to give a lecture. There was only an option to listen. I had to manually keep making the host give the lecture.
3. Once the NPCs started using the robotics station, they couldn't be mentored because the robotics station is required to be empty before mentoring. Mentoring didn't work out well.
4. I got 10k from the retreat because one of my Sims was a participant. I found this an overpowered money glitch.
