Ghosts
For some reason it bothers me when I go to the hospital to have my baby, I see a ghost tending to the front desk. I miss how rare seeing a ghost used to be.

I invited a ghost to my household to play around with being a ghost and they can indeed have careers (mine even got a whim to do so).
