Ghosts
For some reason it bothers me when I go to the hospital to have my baby, I see a ghost tending to the front desk. I miss how rare seeing a ghost used to be.

Seriously lol. Ghosts in sims 4 are awful. Death doesn't mean anything anymore because your sims will still pretty much be around after they die. I hope they fix this eventually.
