I’m pretty sure we can live there, I think they mentioned, some sims that would be living there.
The post that mentions the Simmers that created builds for this world says they created residential lots as well
I still wish there were hotels in this pack. I hope there is more then 1 vacation rental but I can always convert a residential to a vacation rental.
from simmatically's post on twitter, you kind of can but not in traditional sense. it will be a getaway lot you stay at. you may customize activities. if you make a resort, could be like* a hotel.
