Give resistance keys interaction

Question

My sim had the option to "give resistance keys" to his fiancee. I selected it and then the option appeared to "take back resistance keys"Does anyone know what this does or means please?

Its "give residence key". It means he gave a key to his house to his fiancee. Once you give them the key, you then have the option to take it back if you want to.
