male:

Zaiden Shea-Nagy - teen boy in my current legacy. he's gonna go far, i can tell. i have big plans for him. his name was randomised, but i think it has a nice ring to it

Isiah Bartholomew - the townie the founder of my current legacy had kids with (they never got married). i like the name Isiah and Bartholomew sounds dignified yet kinda silly? put the two together and you got something great happening

Nathan Webster-Hilton - one of my favourite male names to come out my game (though the sim himself was kinda boring and forgettable, sorry Nathan). i think it sounds very distinguished

female:

Kenzie Shea - one of my favourite sims i've ever had. i raised her from a baby and i've never raised a more delightful sim child. also her name was randomised, as most names in my game are, but again it has a nice ring

Ryan Nagy - this one's interesting to me because i'd never seen a female named Ryan before her. she was a townie generated with this name and my sim (Kenzie's son, actually) married her. i like her better than Kenzie's son; her son was a disappointment of a child (sorry not sorry, Toby)

Nathalia Webster-Hilton - Nathan Webster-Hilton's twin sister. i like her name for the same reason i like her brother's, since they're so similar

Female:

Hermione Croft - daughter of Lara Croft, based on the new Lara from the 2013 reboot of the Tomb Raider games, called Hermione because she's a bookworm with messy hair, just like a certain witch of the same name.

Bonnie Bumblebee - a nature- and animal-loving conversationalist in a black and yellow dress.

Charmaine Bellamy - her first name is an allusion to charms as well as being charming, "bel ami" means "good friend" in French, so we're obviously dealing with a friendly witch here.


Male:

Prinz Fynnjard von Weidenbach - or Prince Finnyard of Willow Creek in English, a fraud who claims to be a descendent of the aristocratic family that once founded the town, but is actually not an aristocrat at all.

Rosario Piantamadre - a plantsim and the mayor of StrangerVille, his first name is an allusion to roses, his last name means "mother plant" in Italian.

Dr. Magnus Sixam - a now elderly astronaut who became famous for discovering the planet Sixam and naming it after himself.

My current game is my simself. The names chosen are family names/ names I like for my future children. I also love the idea of double middle names for my future children. Liam Patrick Edward and Caleb Daniel Christopher are names I like for boys but I decided to change them up a bit.

Boys:
1. Edward Patrick William Le Chein. He is the first born son of Caitlin and Joaquin Le Chein.
2. Gideon Christopher Maxwell Le Chein. The second born son of Caitlin and Joaquin.
3. Caleb Daniel Zeke Le Chein. He hasn't been born yet, but if Caitlin and Joaquin have a third son I like this for his name.

Girls:
1. Aria Michelle Rosemary. This is what I want my first born daughters name to be.
2. Violet Christine Rae. Potential second daughter.
3. Adele... I'm stumped on the middle names. I love pretty, adorable and simple names. Olivia, Claire, Adeline.

I love naming sims

Males:
Cornelius Henry Lockwood – The founder of my Lockwood family and the first sim I made. When I made him his backstory was that his wife Suellen passed away from an illness leaving him widowed with their twin sons (9 at the time their Mother passed). He ended up remarrying Liberty Lee and had four children with her. (three daughters and a son).

Sezar Easton Lockwood – This was Cornelius’s grandson through his eldest son and Olivia Spencer-Kim-Lewis. I was watching a YouTuber play sims and one of her sims was named Cesar I liked the name, so I decided to use it for one of my sims though when I found this spelling I decided to use it. He was the youngest child and had three older sisters. He had six children with his wife (3 boys and 3 girls).

Crane Nathaniel Ahmad: This was Cornelius’s grandson through one of his daughters. His father’s name was Robin so he and his siblings (sister and brother) all had bird names. Crane married Miko Ojo who was a bit older than him, but they had a son and twin daughters. The twins were toddlers when Miko passed away. Later on, he started a relationship with a woman named Evangeline Putnam. They had four children two daughters and two sons (their sons were twins by this time his twin daughters with his first wife were teenagers) he married Evangeline after the boys were born.

Females
Sarafina Elyse Ahmad: This is Crane’s niece through his brother. In-game she is still a baby. The first name I just liked and the second name I wanted an E starting middle name in honor of her paternal Grandmother.

Ember Serenity Bala: Her father is an alien (her skin color is blue) She and her siblings (2 sisters and a brother) all have fire-related first names. Her middle name is after her mother. A Great-Great granddaughter of Cornelius.

Kiara Roseline Lockwood – She is a granddaughter of Cornelius, Sezar was her brother. Kiara is a romance sim and though she never settled down she has seven children through three men. In fact, she had an affair with her Uncle-in-law which resulted in her first child. Though in the elder life stage she is still romancing men she has been engaged twice but didn’t end up getting married since her fiancés passed away.

I normally just randomize my sims names because I'm lazy, but I just started a legacy challenge and actually put thought into my founder and his backstory.

Mackenzie Davenport:
He's a 24 year old, freckly and curly haired foodie that smiles more than any sim I've ever played before. I chose Mackenzie because I can shorten it to Mackie which is kind of adorable and suits his dumb but lovable personality. Davenport was chosen because there's a large drag family called the Davenports that have left a huge legacy in that scene, so I liked that connection. His backstory is that he left Pleasantview and moved to Newcrest because he was sick of his suffocating and close minded parents, so he's trying to make it on his own in a new city.

Females:

Dahlia: raised from a toddler in a loving but relatively unambitious small-town family. Dahlia is very ambitious and creative, and wishes to become a celebrity for her art one day.
Jennifer: my first sim (TS3) and utterly obsessed with the colour blue. Stole someone else's spouse and had a ridiculous number of kids. She loved crafting potions and used the Young Again potion to keep her loved ones and herself from dying of old age, but when her best friend didn't drink it and died, she broke.
Elaina: an ambitious and restless renaissance woman who's main passions are travel, photography and painting the places she's explored. Accidentally fell for Candy Bohr and, during an insanely gut-wrenching mid-life crisis before turning adult (wanted to travel the entire world but had only traveled a few, didn't feel accomplished in life and felt like she's getting old), almost broke up with her even after spending most of her young adulthood with her bc she wanted genetic kids (I don't let LGBT sims have genetic kids bc I prefer things realistic). She didn't! And wrote a book about the crisis.


Males:

Peeta: 12-year-old me had a massive crush on Peeta Mallark and decided that he'd make a good daycare owner (TS3). He lived in Appaloosa Plains and married a nice country girl, had a cute son and a horse or two.
Tristan: an artsy guy who joined the art club and met his wife, a cop, there. They had a beautiful wedding at the ruins and lived in a beautiful, modern black, grey and purple house on Windenburg island. Their walls were lined with photos of their life and especially their beautiful daughter, but unfortunately I lost immersion when she popped into a child from her bassinet. (Glad that's been fixed.)
Doctor Evil: had a massive, scary castle with cells so small that the sims he captured, couldn't even fall over from their exhaustion. He'd experiment on them with chemistry lab potions and put cheese in their cells to torture them bc, even though the sims were dying from hunger, they couldn't eat cheese as is.


Bonus:
Boogy Man: a scary-looking guy with an afro that spent most of his free time dancing disco at the dance club. This was when I bought TS3 for Nintendo before I could afford a laptop and didn't know that the Nintendo game is GARBAGE.
