When City Living first came out, I built an Art Centre on that lot in the industrial style. I use it for 3 clubs, including a writing one. And when the sims have finished painting, I go into build mode and drag their paintings onto the walls. That way my other sims can buy them from the walls, and it frees up the easels to make even more. I think this would be great to update with the industrial loft kit. :)

I'm also thinking of doing an EL Maker Community lot for Port Promise.
And I just finished a restaurant for Del Sol Valley with an eco/industrial vibe, will upload soon without the kit, but it would be a good one to
redecorate with stuff from the new kit too.
