I would think this may be a problem with tanning and CC. I don't really use CC, so I'm sorry I cannot offer any suggestions to help.
Yes, just purchased Island living. In the picture her whole body is nude and pixelated. Even though you can see the outline of her swimwear every thing from her head to clothing is nude colored and pixelated.
