Good computer to run sims 4 and all expansions packs?

What’s a good desktop or laptop to run the sims 4? Tag in links please. The price could range from $700-$800 US dollars. I’m trying to run the sims on high settings with allot of custom content. Thank...

It depends from the game though and Sims 4 is highly optimized. Otherwise agree. The only reason to have laptop is mobility.
