I got one where a Sim who was pregnant called her teenage daughter to ask advice on expanding the family to have another baby and I really felt there should have been an option like, "MOM! I think you are already pregnant! I don't think that's weight gain from cottage pie!! I think you should get a pregnancy test you look like 3 months pregnant already!"
