- DaWaterRatNew VanguardI'm hoping for a bit of the proto-goth New Romantic 80s look, but as I think most of the sims team was - at best - in grade school back at the dawn of time I think of as "high school" it will probably be a more recent Goth-Punk vibe, based on the concept art we were voting on.
I mean, it's at least six months out, so we'll probably all have forgotten what we were hoping for when it comes along. - mariefoxprice83Seasoned Hotshot

I'd love that too. It was a bit before my time but when I see pics of it, it looks so much fun. - SEREFRASSeasoned VeteranI remember the 80’s & I actually remember my one cool black outfit. It was tight black jeans with silver designs & a shiny black & white t-shirt. I even wore a pair of black & silver earrings. I’m my hair I wore two big silver clips & black pumps.
I was only a teen girl trying to look older & knew that my usual pink clothes weren’t going to do it. Yup I was that weird. Lol
? - FriendlySimmersNew Traveleri am not into goth content even do i will buy the kit most of the content in that kit i will mostly never use as a player and also speaking as a player i prefer bright cheerful content
- thornwillSeasoned Traveler@crocobaura Loved all, i'm really in need of skeletical accessories and knees high boots and i still hope to see the Forgotten Lady's dress.
- leucosiaxSeasoned VeteranI was a 90's goth and started right before the hot topic and Marilyn Manson ruined the subculture. I really hope they have cool hair. Kits generally dont come with new hair, but for any look to be effective- every goth knows its all about the hair. The iconic 80's siouxsie sioux hair is needed (I cant find cc for my life and need it for some sims), but I hope they make some 90's goth hair styles too. I hope the kit does the look justice ??
- part of me also wants goth nightgown since it seems to be a thing to dye old nightgowns into goth clothing
+ vampires would love to wear those to their coffins - cyncieSeasoned VeteranI’m not picky about what version of goth they give us. I just want to move my vampires out of the Victorian coats and give them more variety for a modern take. Some of my Spellcasters would benefit, as well.

Just for reference, this is the concept art that goth the majority of votes:

I too want to create an army of Goth Occults.
I hope we're getting a selection of fingerless gloves (fishnet & solid), a variety of goth accessories & tattoos including additional arm and back versions of that lady's snake tattoo, PLUS plenty of black lace, Morticia Addams inspired elegant wear and hair (I LURV that long, very straight Zeta-Jones hairstyle ) and in general, 80's goth inspired fashion. - EmeraldEylesNew Scout

Looks like more 90s cybergoth inspired stuff then. That's cool, I like 90s and cybergoth fashion too. :)
I do have a feeling whatever we get want be anything too out of the box in terms of Goth style. I mean I'm not expecting to suddenly have my own Batcave revival. :D
