Greenhouse and Basement kits--is this a known bug or is it a "me" problem?

I decided I could use the new kits, so I bought and installed them. And I couldn't find the items. I repaired the game a couple of times, removed TwistedMexi's Better Build Buy since it wasn't updated...

That's good to know, but a different issue. I was seeing them in the EA app fine. I just wasn't seeing the items marked as kits (or basegame) in the game, and that was what RedShoe7 pointed out, a conflict with Zerbu's mod making all worlds residential.

(Side note: Next big update? All world should be residential. Even Batuu, though I know that would require both remaking the world and having a different deal with Disney/Lucasfilm.)
