Grim Reaper on public lots?

So. I just sent my household to the nightclub and the grim reaper was just standing there. I have to admit, it got me a little worried at first.

So, I had my friendly materialistic girl give him a funny introduction, and they sat down at a table and had a very pleasant chat.

Is this normal? Has it happened to anyone else?

    Yep. She told him tons of funny stories and jokes. He has a great sense of humour. He's also in her relationship panel, but when she him, he tells her he's sleeping.

    After a death in my Sim family, my Sim made fun of the Grim Reaper's outfit and implied his mother was a llama. I hope he doesn't run into the Grim Reaper on a public lot after that because they may be enemies.
