Has anyone seen Greg's human form plus baby mama drama?

Two questions:

Has Greg ever been seen in his human form (not counting you controlling the sims yourself to force it to happen)?

If Greg got a woman pregnant, would he leave Moonwood Mill to visit the child wherever the baby mama resides? Can this be tested? Lol
