Hmm, that's very odd. Mine always have green pluses, even on the rare occasions they don't get the spectacular woohoo buff. I have MCCC too.
One thing I have noticed about woohoo with couples in my game though, is some of the noises the male sims make during.....sometimes it sounds pretty graphic! Like they will scream in a way that makes it VERY obvious they are enjoying themselves, and I am questioning if this is the base game or something to do with the MCCC Woohoo Module. Seems pretty racy for a Sims game....
