I love the fact that they make us check in using the self-check-in machine. Once my pup was escorted to the examining room and on the table, I got a pop up telling me what illness he had. There were 3 possible choices:
1. Cheaper, more uncomfortable treatment ($150)
2. The best treatment available ($750)
3. Decline treatment
Sorry, Jax. You're getting the cheaper treatment. Momma's got bills to pay.
