Help! I accidentally lost all of my Tray Files!

I accidentally started to delete all of the files in my Tray folder (I selected cut instead of copy), and immediately cancelled the action, but when I loaded into game every single download in my gallery was gone :( There are still all of the files in my Tray folder but they refuse to show up in game, even when I copy and paste them back in. Please help!
