That will definitely work.
There is also a danger in doing that, too. I need some of the Buffs he's earned over time. He's a singer Sim, Global Superstar and Acting is his part-time job, if you will.
What buff are you talking about? I don't know of any that are permanent except for character related buffs like, buff_vampire_isvampire, but it won't get rid of those types of buffs. Well, not permanently anyway. It will return switching to manage worlds then back. However, if you feel uneasy about it, you can also select remove buff, which is on the same panel as remove all buffs, then scroll down the list to find the angry buff and click it.
