@SERVERFRA Coming from you that's quite a compliment. Thank you. I used a floorplan I found online. My first go at it was complicated. I kept looking at the "main floor" as it was listed and then the next morning I got smacked with the reality. The main floor was the second floor. Trying to convert what I had built to the real first floor, where the kitchen and servants' quarters were, was a nightmare. I ended up having to scrap it. Plus, when I did build the next floor up that roof problem reared its ugly head. I tried again using the proper order of the floors. Ran into that pesky roof problem yet again, even thought I had restarted in yet another new save. Oi!
