HELP ...my SAVE has DELETED after UPDATING ??

Oh no, that is a very unfortunate situation.
I wonder why and how is that happening.
I had a break from playing in September (because I was busy IRL), the break lasted about a month. When I started playing again, I needed to update the game; luckily I didn't have any issues with my saves, everythig was ok.
Do you use mods or/and CC ? If yes, could there be something that is related to the mods or CC, which are causing problems?
(I don't know so much about mods or CC because I don't use any mods nor CC, but they might sometimes cause some issues).
Have you tried to contact EA Help?
Or there might be others here who have had similar problems.
Hopefully there would be a fix to this.

hey I don't have any CC or mods or nothing :( just the normal game and expansions but when I did the update its like everything is new again ! its kept one save file but my others have all gone :(

While I've never had such an experience, I do use mods and cc. We're always cautioned to make a backup copy of our saves, Tray before patching. This could be why. I'm deeply sorry you've lost your saves, but don't let that keep you from playing. If you created your own Sims in CAS, when you click that check-mark to place them into a town, it makes a copy of them in your My Library section of the Gallery. Check there for your original Sim(s) and take a deep breath and begin anew.

This is the Queen of Restarts and I know from experience that starting all over (even with the same Sims), while you may not get the exact same results, satisfaction can be yours. I do hope you can recover your saves, though.
