Okay now,
The Sims 4: For Rent is going to make a huge difference in my Hogwarts game scenario.
6 Apartments with up 8 sims each.
1) Gryffindor: 8 students 7 Students + McConagall as head of house
2) Slytherin: 8 Students 7 Students + Snape as head of house
3) Ravenclaw: 8 Students 7 Students + Filius Flitwick as head of house
4) Hufflepuff 8 Students 7 Students + Pomona Sprout as head of house
5) Teachers wing: Dumbledore, Trelawny, Hooch, and Pince
6) Support Staff: Filch and Mrs. Norris living in the dungeon.
It's going to take some work to zone the apartments and probably build some new additions to the school.

I will probably have to invent game play all over again as the apartment structure will most likely change what I can do.
