hidden boots?

I was editing a recently aged up teen sim's outfits when I noticed these boots.

I couldn't find them anywhere in the CAS catalog. I couldn't find them anywhere in an unlock either. I don't use CC or mods... What?

    There is a mod that unlocks all hidden things in CAS.
    Their old site that goes into detail on what has been unlocked.

    Thank you! I juts added a sim that had unlocked all career items to the household and it came up. Yay!

    Sometimes an item doesn't show in all clothing categories, frex: It won't show in Formal or Summer wear but does in Everyday or Winter. Try removing the category search parameter and see if the boots show up for you then.

    I've noticed quite a few items of clothing that doesn't show up in CAS. Could be a 'debug' item?
