In TS2 I loved taking teens out to buy them mobile phones, would be lovely if they bring back that ability. Also, it would mean that mobile phones are now optional, which would be a good thing. The bad thing would be that we might end up with many forgotten phones on community lots, like we can currently find tablets and lumps of clay.
