I'm back!
I see you have done a great job gathering info. So I can only share what I have noticed in the livestream.
There seems to be another trait called "Party Animal". Looking at available base game traits (knowing that Family Oriented and Noncommittal traits aren't available to teens), it doesn't seem to be a replacement. I still wonder why they ignored it...
Another trait I've noticed: The Knowledge. Info about that is unknown.
Conquering fears gives satisfaction points. From the livestream, I see it gives 100 satisfaction points.
The auditorium lot next to the school change just like Community Spaces do. There are career days, proms, graduations, and nothing.
I haven't seen any special loading screen texts in the livestream though.
School can be edited when there's not a school day. The run-down desks were added by the Sim-Gurus, but usually isn't in the game.
Looking at the calendar, every Thursday there seems to be a special school event (career day or football team sports day), every Friday there's an exam (which sims can leave earlier when they're done), and proms seem to happen on Saturdays, but not on every Saturday.
And finally, a warning. Live Fast aspiration requires your sim to do that urban myth thing several times. Do be careful as it can be deadly.
